We loved being next to a nice restaurant, which made dining convenient and enjoyable. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with a 24-hour reception and friendly and helpful employees. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating and air conditioning to ensure optimum comfort. The soundproofed rooms allowed for a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The hotel also provided free toiletries, which was a nice touch. The dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area. The menu offered a variety of delicious options, and the staff were attentive and accommodating. The hotel also provided packed lunches and special diet menus, catering to all our needs. The leisure facilities included a lovely garden area, perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful surroundings. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the on-site car park provided convenient and safe parking for our vehicle.

The food was great and the staff was very friendly. The location was also very convenient, close to the main tourist attractions and with beautiful scenery. Plus, the weather was very pleasant and we were able to enjoy outdoor activities.

The hotel lacked basic amenities and services. The room was old and outdated, with uncomfortable beds and limited space. There was no Wi-Fi available and no elevator, which made it difficult for us to carry our luggage up the stairs. we were disappointed with the lack of comfort and convenience offered by this hotel.

Great value for money with clean, quiet rooms. The attached bar/restaurant served delicious meals and breakfasts. The staff were friendly and the location was perfect for visiting local castles.

The room was very basic and the mattress was uncomfortable, which gave me a backache. The steep spiral staircase made it difficult to carry luggage up and down.
